French Toast

  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Slices of Bread
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, and cinnamon together in a broad based dish, big enough to dip bread.
  2. Melt some butter in a frying pan on medium high heat.
  3. Lightly soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture and fry until brown on both sides.
